Prerequisites

1 – Redemption is free of charge
2 – This recovery option is only valid for refill coupons purchased within 96 hours and eligible for recovery.
3 – Verification of ownership: To check whether the refill you are trying to recover belongs to you, you will be asked to enclose a 50-euro refill coupon (which will be refunded to you).

If the refill to be recovered was purchased online, the 50-euro ownership verification refill must be purchased using the same credit card. This is the way for us to verify that the refill belongs to you. If the refill to be recovered was purchased at a tobacconist’s, the 50-euro ownership verification refill must be purchased at the same office. In this case, you will be asked to attach a photo of the two refills next to each other.

How do I receive my money?                               You’ll receive your money immediately, either in the form of a new refill coupon code for the amount corresponding to the value of your refill + 50 euros (refund), or directly on your bank card.
